The Renewable Electricity Register (RER) is a service for those accredited for the Renewables Obligation (RO), Renewable Energy Guarantees of Origin (REGO) and Feed-in Tariffs (large installations only, ROO-FIT) schemes.
The service facilitates the issue and redemption of the certificates used by these schemes. Registered account holders can use it to provide information, and undertake tasks required to support scheme activities.
There is now 24-hour access to the RER, removing the previous core operating hours.
The reporting function within the Renewable Electricity Register (RER) platform is now available for use. These can be accessed by clicking on the ‘View Public Reports’ button on the RER homepage.
In addition, organisation-specific reports can be accessed once logged in by opening the Reports tab.
The reports will be updated daily, with each update containing data from the previous day. The Transferred In, Transferred Out and Fuelling & Sustainability reports will provide real-time data for both REGO and RO schemes.

Please note the following important information regarding the RER:

• Any ROC or REGO certificates which were not accepted by the receiver on the Renewables & CHP Register have reverted to the sender.
• If you have multiple generating stations within an organisation account, please be aware that the declarations have pagination, so when signing new or annual declarations these may be across more than one page.
• Due to the amount of data contained within, downloading the full Certificates (RO), Certificates (REGO) or Compliance Certificates reports can take 5-10 minutes. Please consider using the filters available to decrease the volume of data downloaded.
